2025 Christmas Minis
Mini sessions are quick 15 minute sessions on specific dates determined by the photographer. Mini sessions vary in pricing and included images depending on the theme/setup and how many people they accommodate, so pay close attention to details under picture of the theme you want.
Additional images will be available for purchase after your session.
Mini Sessions are limited to kids, individuals or single families (2 adults with children), and not available for extended families or more than one family due to time restraint and studio space.
Turnaround time is 5-7 days to receive proofing gallery, and then 2-3 days to receive final edited images once finals are chosen and money paid for any additional images.
No pets allowed in the INDOOR STUDIO SESSIONS
PET POLICY: Due to the nature and time constraint of a mini session, it can be very difficult to get animals to behave during a mini session and much time is lost attempting to manage them during the session, so I don't encourage including your pet if you have young children. However, I understand many pets are like family so if you really would like them in the photos, I will allow them ONLY in the outdoor Christmas (No studio sessions) and non-themed mini sessions (with the exclusion of Circle B Bar Reserve) under the following conditions. They must be on a leash the entire time. Client is fully responsible for their pet's behavior, safety and clean-up. Any props or studio items damaged or soiled by the pet will incur replacement or cleaning fees charged to the client. No additional time will be added to session to manage pet. ANY aggressive or uncontrollable behavior will result in the session being ended early due to safely reasons.

Ultimate Indoor Christmas Experience - Bronze Package - 15 Minutes
Saturday, November 8th
* Sessions take place in large gymnasium in south Lakeland. I will have all 6 of the setups shown in picture available.
* Bronze Package includes a 15 minute session, 12 digital images, and the use of up to 2 of the sets (depending on time and child cooperation)
* No outfit changes will be allowed.
* Sessions are for single families (ex. Dad, Mom, and their children). You cannot "share" the session with another family. If you would like extended or multiple families in the photos together, each family must purchase their own session, back to back with each other.
*$50 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking
* No Pets Allowed
Ultimate Indoor Christmas Experience - Silver Package - 30 Minutes
Saturday, November 8th
* Sessions take place in south Lakeland. I will have all 6 of the setups shown in picture available.
* Silver Package includes a 30 minute session, 25 digital images, and the use of up to 3 of the sets (depending on time and child cooperation)
* One outfit changes will be allowed.
* Sessions are for single families (ex. Dad, Mom, and their children). You cannot "share" the session with another family. If you would like extended or multiple families in the photos together, each family must purchase their own session, back to back with each other.
*$75 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking
* No pets allowed
Ultimate Indoor Christmas Experience - Gold Package - 60 Minutes
Saturday, November 8th
* Sessions take place in south Lakeland. I will have all 6 of the setups shown in picture available.
* Gold Package includes a 60 minute session, 40 digital images, and the use all of the setups (depending on time and child cooperation)
* Two outfit changes will be allowed as long as done quickly. Time is not paused while clients change.
* Sessions are for single families (ex. Dad, Mom, and their children). You cannot "share" the session with another family. If you would like extended or multiple families in the photos together, each family must purchase their own session, back to back with each other.
*$100 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking
* No pets allowed
Christmas Campfire
November 14th - 16th
- Sessions take place on my neighbor's property in south Lakeland.
- Includes a 15 minute session along with 15 digital images.
- S'mores are available towards the end of the session for clients who would like to include them in the photos.
- $75 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due one week before session.
- Pets allowed under certain conditions (see contract for more details)
Milk & Cookies
November 20th - 22nd & 29th
- Sessions take place in my home studio in south Lakeland.
- Includes a 15 minute session along with 12 digital images.
- $50 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking.
- Milk & Cookies provided during session.
- Limited to single families, kids, teens, couples, or individuals.
- No pets allowed
Santa's Workshop
Sunday, November 23rd
- Santa is coming to the studio for 2 hours only and needs help testing and building toys!
- Setup includes white studio with shiplap wall, with green and white trees, greenery, a workbench with vintage toys.
- Older children will be helping Santa build a race car, while younger children will be "testing" the toys.
- Cookies will be available for children who need a little encouragement to hangout with Santa :)
- Santa Tom is Lakeland's own Santa who is extremely sweet and professionally trained. You may have seen him at the end of the Lakeland Christmas parade or at Snowfest.
- Sessions take place in my home studio in south Lakeland.
- Includes a 10-15 minute session along with all of the best edited images.
- $50 non-refundable retainer due at time of booking.
- Final payment will be due ONE WEEK before session.
- No pets allowed
Poinsettia Pergola
November 22nd, 29th, 30th, & December 3rd, 6th, 7th
- Sessions take place on my property in south Lakeland.
- Includes a 15 minute session along with 15 digital images.
- Setup includes wood pergola with hanging lights, garland, red poinsettias, and lighted Christmas trees.
- $75 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due one week before session.

Neutral Christmas Studio
November 1st & November 14th - 16th
- Sessions take place in my home studio in south Lakeland.
- Setup will be a little different than pictured. White and green trees and garland, with neutral colored decorations.
- Includes a 15 minute session along with 12 digital images.
- Sessions are for single families (up to 7 people), kids, teens, couples, or individuals.
- $50 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking.
- No pets allowed
Non-Themed at Circle B
December 13th & 28th
These are for clients not wanting to use photos for Christmas cards. Turnaround time is about 7 days to receive proofing gallery, and then another 2-3 days to receive final edited images once finals are chosen.
- Great opportunity for families with kids visiting from college.
- Due to time constraint, extended family and multiple families are not allowed unless each family books their own session that are back to back with each other.
- Sessions are 15 minutes done at Circle B Bar Reserve in Lakeland (no props are used)
- Includes 20 edited digital images
- Non-refundable $50 retainer along with signed contract are due at booking.
- No dogs are allowed at Circle B
